1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Licensing Manager ("Service"), operated by Forinset OÜ ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Account and Usage Restrictions

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

One account per product. You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits (e.g. free tier limits per product). Creating multiple accounts for the same product, business, or use case to obtain additional free licenses or avoid paid plans is prohibited. We may use technical means (including IP address, email domain patterns, payment method correlation, and usage behavior) to detect and prevent such abuse. Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Circumvent license validation, activation limits, or security measures
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent
• Use the API in a manner that exceeds reasonable rate limits or harms the Service
• Transmit malware, spam, or illegal content
• Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights

4. Payment and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed via Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy and applicable law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and documentation, is owned by Forinset OÜ. You retain ownership of your data (products, licenses, customer information). You grant us a limited license to process your data to provide the Service.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, non-payment, or at our discretion. You may cancel at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We will retain your data for a reasonable period as required by law or our data retention policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forinset OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice in the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
